My Work Is About Helping People Come Back to Themselves

Hi, I’m Mishy Matthews.

I support people navigating deep personal change—helping them reconnect with themselves, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Many of the people who find their way to me are navigating a turning point—after a retreat, a relationship shift, a life transition, or simply a quiet realization that something in their life is ready to change.

For nearly two decades, I’ve been exploring the intersection of personal transformation, intuitive guidance, nervous system regulation, and nature-based practices.

But my work did not begin with a certification.

It began with my own search for truth.

Like many people who find their way to this path, I spent years exploring different approaches to personal growth, including plant medicine traditions, energy practices, coaching, and somatic work.

Over time I realized something important.

Insight alone does not create change.

Real transformation happens through integration.

Through learning how to understand our emotional patterns, regulate our nervous system, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that already exists within us.

That is the work I now offer others.

My Approach

My work blends several different practices including:

Intuitive coaching
Nervous system regulation tools
Belief repatterning
Energy awareness practices
Integration after retreats or plant medicine experiences
Nature-based reflection practices

Some clients also explore connecting with plants and the natural world as a way to deepen self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Nature has a remarkable ability to bring us back into balance when we learn how to listen.

Who I Often Work With

People come to this work from many different places.

Some are navigating major life transitions.

Some are integrating powerful retreat or plant medicine experiences.

Others simply feel a quiet calling to understand themselves more deeply.

Occasionally younger clients—such as teenagers exploring identity, intuition, connection with nature, and womanhood—are also drawn to this work as a way to develop self-awareness and emotional resilience.

No matter where someone is starting from, the goal is the same.

To help them reconnect with their inner clarity and learn how to trust themselves again.

You Don’t Need to Become Someone New

You simply need space to remember who you already are.

If that resonates with you, I’d be honored to support your journey.
