Wouldn’t it feel amazing to wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed, balanced and empowered? After a Chakra Tune-Up with me, you will. Chakra Tune-Ups are 90-minute 1:1 sessions that combine energy clearing and healing, coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, energy work, and chakra assessments.
Here’s how it works
- First, click here to book your session.
- At our scheduled time, I’ll call you and we’ll get right to it. You’ll bring an intention or something specific you want to target (It can be anything from weight loss, emotional eating, creativity blocks, relationship issues, motivation, upper limit problems, anxiety, and so on) and we’ll see how things flow.
- I’ll give you a quick overview of the process, do a pre-assessment, and hop into coaching and energy work. (I usually follow my intuition to decide which modalities to use but if you’re feeling particularly called to Reiki, Rising Star, or a Shamanic Healing just let me know and I will gladly use your requested technique.)
- You receive healing vibes to dissolve your energy blocks (true story) and walk away from our call feeling refreshed, open and heading to Flow-ville. I’ll follow up with you the next day to see how things are going and if anything noteworthy has come up for you.
Our 90 minutes together will include
- A Quick Overview of how our call will go so you know exactly what to expect during our session and have an opportunity to ask any questions.
- A Full Pre-Assessment of how your energy is currently flowing through your chakras. I will look at each of your chakras and analyze how the energy is flowing on a scale from 1-4 (Don’t worry, I’ll explain what all of this means on our call!).
- Coaching + Conversation. Once we know what your current energy looks like, we’ll decide which piece of the puzzle to focus on and I will guide you through some questions so we can get super clear on what’s going on and work through to get to the core of what you really want and dissolve existing limiting beliefs.
- Distance Reiki + Energy Work. At this point we’ll get off the phone and I’ll invite you to sit or lay and relax and be open to receiving energy (Yes, we’re getting into the woo here, embrace it). This will be similar to meditation and you may experience a state of deep relaxation and/or a sense of tingling (or you may not- it depends on the individual).
- Post-Assessment. I will re-evaluate the energy of your chakras and offer recommendations incorporating food, customized energetic clearings, meditations and specific yoga poses to support your chakras.
